Making a Return Request

  • Send us a return request by clicking the button below within 7 days of the delivery date. We will then send you our returns address.
  •  It is optional to provide a return reason but we encourage any feedback. We always greatly appreciate you taking the time to let us know why your order wasn’t right for you.

Returning an Item

  • Lodge your return at the post office/courier within 10 days of the delivery date (Excl. public holidays).
  • Item Condition – The item must be unused including tags and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept garments with makeup stains, cigarette or perfume odour. We cannot accept garments that have been washed, altered or worn.
  • Packaging – Your item arrived in a compostable semi-transparent garment bag with barcode/number sticker. Even though you tore it open, please return this along with your item. Your item must be neatly folded to preserve its integrity.

Exchange:

  • Sorry, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please place a new order and return the unsuitable item. There is limited stock in all Wallace pieces and they sell out quickly so don’t wait too long!

  • Sales items and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances except for faulty items.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS – If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and Wallace has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.

YOUR REFUND – Once your return is received it can sometimes take up to 5 business days to be processed. You will not receive a notification when your return is received. Only once your return is inspected and processed, you will receive a refund notification. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
