Exchange/Return Policy – The Wallace Collective
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on your Wallace Collective item! However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We make returning or exchanging your item quick and easy!
Return:
Drop us an email to sales@wallacecollective.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel with the subject line “Return Request” Please include the order number and reason for return within the email. Send the package to the following address – 63/12 Sri Medhananda Mawatha Laxapathiya Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Use either a well-known courier service or registered post to send the package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by carriers in transit. We can arrange our delivery partner for you to send the package if required (for local deliveries only). The courier charge for the pickup must be borne by the customer. The returned item must be in their original condition, which will be determined through quality inspection.
Condition of Your Return:
Items must be unused, tags intact and in the same condition as received. This will be determined by a quality inspection of the item. Garments must not contain any make up stains, cigarette or perfume odors. Garments must not be washed, altered or worn. If the returned item passes the quality inspection, we will send you a code (Store Credit) within 7 days of the inspection.
This code will have the value of your original purchase and can be redeemed towards your next purchase. Your delivery fee for this code will be also waived off. This code will be valid for 1 year! If the returned item fails the quality inspection, we will ship the item back to you. The customer must bear this courier charge.
Faulty:
We inspect all orders before we ship them out to you. If we do make a mistake and send you either a faulty item or the wrong order, we will be more than happy to replace that item. Drop us an email to sales@wallacecollective.com with a description of the faulty item and we will handle the rest!
Please note:
– Returns/Exchanges are not permitted on sale or discounted items unless they are faulty.
– Each item is only allowed a one-time return/exchange
– Items with defects will be replaced with no additional delivery charge!
